Adriano is far from sick, he's an idiot who somehow by miracle keeps on scoring goals. The bike kick today only went in cause he didn't hit the ball well.

Playing away with Amadora later on today, their stadium has some constructions going on so the game will be at Benfica's place. Jesualdo will play a 4-3-3 for the first time, with the serious injuries of Pedro Emanuel and João Paulo it means we'll have to lineup a shit centre-back, probably Bruno Alves.

2 differences in the actual lineup.

We won 3-0, all goals in the 2nd half. 1st half was quite poor, we dominated but couldn't create chances. The win started with a ridiculous owngoal by Rui Duarte, we held on well the 1-0 for a while thanks to a very inoffensive Amadora, until Meireles scored the 2nd with a superb long range effort. Things were easier in the last few minutes and Lucho scored the 3rd in a counter-attack.

Man of the match today was Anderson IMO. Very creative and consistent. Just 2 more small remarks: Ibson got injured after coming in for Meireles, and had to be replaced by Paulo Assunção. The other substitute in was Hélder Postiga, a return after a long time since he last played for us.
