And it's hard for me to decide which is better. There's a lot of good electro-house out there that unfortunately gets largely ignored, and same goes for tribal. Electro house is more annoying nowadays though, since everyone is on the bandwagon, meanwhile tribal has taken a backseat in recent years in popularity.

I guess I'll vote Tribal though, since I've yet to hear something that really defines the "electro-house" genre.

Exaaaaactly. People need to focus less on genre-izing stuff and just calling it good electronica. The tracks I'm feeling the most these days could make a strong case for being called electro house as well as deep trance with a tribal percussion. I like how producers' eclectic tastes have been coming out to make quality music these days.

eg: house and trance making sweet passionate love to create artists such as D-Nox and Beckers, David West, Martin H, Matthew Dekay, Luke Chable and so on...

Cool thread tho... it's interesting to see what people prefer

great stuff is a top notch label...ive been following them since there first release and they have only gotten better. "exceeder" by Mason is a great example of an electro house song that is very well done.
