The problem is that you're comparing that gig with one that would happen here. The main issue with Central Park, which this question is about, is the time that they have to finish (10 pm). That whole video's is done after it got dark outside, which is less than half of the time that someone who plays at Central Park is on.

Now if they were playing at an outdoor venue with no noise restrictions at night, then it'd be a different story.
