Strange that you would want to go see IM then, considering they aren't anything close to real psytrance/goa. I could name 25 artists that I've seen that play better psy/goa than they do.

I've been wanting to see other psytrance / goa performances, I usually land up once in a while to some when they happen. Would of been nice to see Astrix now thats something. I've seen IM must be 3-4x now, they havent really released anything knew. Plus when they play live its the same thing and when they mix they barelly change anything up.

Plus whats their face that does Amazone and a couple other things, its a couple times a year. Would be nice to see more dj's / producer's from all over europe come to Montreal, will never happen seeing its not a big scene over here.

I'd honestly classify IM as NRG...

IM at Aria was the last time ive been out and that was a quite a while ago. Ive seen em 3 or 4 times and even though im bored of them I still enjoy going because nobody else brings a crowd and puts on a show like they do. The crowd is a bit when they come but its all good

So like I said depending on if your an NCM or Officer and your rank, you probably make at least $50,000 a year but most likely more. And depending on if you live at CFB Kingston your cost of living is probably very low as well, but even if you weren't cost of living in Kingston isn't that bad. Its only $30 which is cheaper than most nights at Stereo. Most of us on here who post about Stereo have put out probably hundreds and hundreds of dollars clubbing there just this year alone, and have never really complained for the most part. I know I sure as hell have.

I actually know a guy who does dark psy shows in and around Montreal, I'll give you the heads up when he has stuff going. I spent a year and a half pretty much going to only psy parties in India. I saw almost all of them, except astrix and astral projection, the only two I wanted to see and didn't. I saw Goa Gil, GMS, Skazi, IM, Psychotic Micro, Winter Demon, 40%, Azak Syndrome, Xerox, Pixel, Void, Exaile, Talamasca, and a whoole lot more. I was going to psy parties weekly over there.

Psy can be a whole lot of fun, but IM is just a 2 hour electronic band really, not a psy experience at all. I get the same vibe from them as I would watching a rock band. It's fun, but it's not what psy is about at all. Just like Skazi. Skazi was actually really really shit and the guy who opened for him, Karan Bhojwani (Owner of Third Eye Records), was 100X better. Skazi sucked ass.

I get the same vibe from them as I would cutting my wrists open with a rusty razor blade.

Old IM kicked ass. After converting vegetarians they went down real fast.
