It's actually mixed and mastered very well, and it definately fills floors. I honestly don't see why people hate it other than the fact that it's so popular.

I understand why people hate this track. It's cheap, it doesn't do anything remotely innovative, and in essence can be categorized as "More of the Same-Old."

But I like it. I'd more than likely never play it, but I like hearing it out.

I play the TV Rock & Dirty South remix of it - it really gets people going. The original's not my cup of tea, but I don't think it's as horrible as everyone's making it out to be.

And for the record, no one actually puts their hands up for Detroit. Not even in Detroit. And it's the farthest thing from "our lovely city". Trust me, when you walk around downtown at 3 in the morning ater a gig you'll be scared shitless

For one, who am I looking down on?

I didn't like this song the first time I heard it months before it was being played out, and I still don't. It does nothing for me. It's gimmicky on purpose. Sure it's mastered and mixed fine, but so what? You can't polish a turd.

Oh, and nice one calling out the hating for it being popular. That's always a classic response.
