Actually, the explaination of beefy k is one which you may take into interest.

My initials are BFK. Thus, i used these initials on msn. soon enough, my compadres started referring to me as beefcake. I thought this was funny for a while, then i realized what it referred to. While i like to keep a good physique, i don't pose for 'mens health' magazines from the 1950s and 1960s that are actually used as gay pornography.

however, i use beefy k as a sort of adoration for those who tried to get away with this nickname for me for as long as they could.
