I usually eat around 8 o'clock before i party... most of the time i go and get a fresh veggie sub from Subway...it always works out.. not too heavy but heavy enough to last you through the night!
i think that eating carbs is definatley a must before a party...it gives your body great energy.. and you pretty much work it off over the course of the night ( for everyone who is on the carb free way of eating) so really its like you never even ate it!
