Why? It would just divide everything even more and there wouldn't be that much users there anyway. Just use the Production Studio and you'll get much more exposure.

how about a little script for "new track" threads?
a couple of fields/lists with:

1 [Track name] ->(field)
2 [Artist name] ->(field /or a list, so only registered users can be selected)
3 [Duration] ->(field)
4 [Length] ->(field)
5 [(full/sample)-> list]
6 [quality) -> list]
(optional)
7 [Software used] ->(field)
8 [Hardware used] ->(field)
9 [Artist comments] ->(field)
10 [track link] -> [link field]


idea: when you want to upload a new track, you click the new track button to go to the page where you can fill in the fields. While fields 1-6 can be used to create the ThreadName, fields 7-10 can be used to create the contents of that Thread.

This way, you won't have any more
" OMG CHEKC THIS cH00n 0Ut = s0 L33t omfg"
..well at least those name's wont pop up so fast anymore.. there will always be ways to put that stuff down if you only make fields.
