This girl I work with had hers done because she was so flat chested from constantly working out (she used to be a bodybuilder and you can see pics of her pre-implant online). She's an example of someone who looks better, but had it not been for the working out, she'd probably have had a normal set of boobs to begin with.

What you said about the stuffing is a lot of what annoys me about the implants. In the UK for example, the average bra size went from a 36B to a 36C between 1997 and 1999. In 2 years, women didn't suddenly start growing them bigger. The effect that sort of increase has on women who don't have work done is fairly insulting and is one of the reasons I'm not a fan. Some girls just don't look proportionate with big breasts, yet the only message they're hearing is "bigger is better" and they end up looking worse after surgery and a lot of money.
