I must be really fortunate...cause I can't recall anything important that's ever been stolen from me ( but I do tend to lose a lot of stuff on my own )

oh and...

heh yeah, i was upset as well. i REALLY need to take those pills, and if i miss them, just once, it screws up my body a lot. So I went like 3 days without them, and had to go to the ER as soon as WEMF was over.

and it sucks a lot that your watch and wheels got stolen. wtf is wrong with people? uuuugh

It was the first thing I had really ever bought for myself that was worth a bit of money, and I was so excited about getting it, I had signed up for a womens biking team and everything. When I found out it was stolen, I was so upset and angry I think if I had seen the thief, I would have beaten him with the broken lock he cut in half.

I totally feel your anger right now sistah...I would be heartbroken if the whole thing were gone.

I had a girl friend stolen from me.
She was expensive and important since we had been dating almost 2 years.... but later I learned she was sleeping with someone else and she became worth a lot less to me.

ps: for those of you with expensive bikes, get a kyrptonite new york fuggabudit chain lock. they cost a bit over $100 but they have a $7,000 anti theft policy. I've upgraded absolutely every component on my bike over years of racing cross country and it's now worth a few grand.... this is the only lock on the market I trust, I can leave my bike anywhere now and feel safe.
