I guess we can put it at 3 levels of drunkedness:
1. Super Drunk, sloppy, slurring words
2. Slurring words, you can tell hes been drinking
3. Drink in hand, doesnt seem too drunk or drunk

All 3 levels are annoying (for me) and this is why:
1. You can't feel flattered because said person clearly has his goggles on, and is probably hitting on everything that looks female.
2. Again, unflattering because of goggles and although maybe slightly more selective, this type of drunk is usually more aggressive when hitting on a girl and has a hard time taking no for an answer.
3. Annoying because said person probably assumes he is God's gift otherwise there is NO WAY he would approach you and your gang of 12 other girls.
