In related news I nearly left Mrs. Hazard but changed my mind once I realized Jamie didn't love me in "that way"

Wasn't there an episode of "That 70's show" about that quote being unoriginal for a high school quote?

No offense, because I know you like it

Yup, and let's face it, nothing about "Truckin'" is really all that "original" anymore, but for Craig in particular right now, and on a website like TA, seeing a quote from a Dead song definitely brings a smile to my face

Robert Hunter wrote a LOT of Grateful Dead tunes, that's from "Truckin'"

And Jamie, I've been meaning to get back to your PM from last week, but I just got the internets back, so I'll shoot you something this week

Yeah, as Rob said.... Robert Hunter wrote the lyrics to most of the Grateful Dead's songs. Trucking (R. Hunter/J. Garcia) is the song that line is from (although he attributes that portion of the song to the band itself as an adlib he later re-worked and added to the final draft).

Fear & Loathing (both "In Las Vegas" & "On the Campang Trail") were written by Hunter S. Thompson

It seemed especially poignant given my retirement.
