See the difference is in which is correct my present perception or my past perception. Given that we generally accept one's perception is more accurate when one is sober as opposed to intoxicated we should must also accept that my present perception of your humour is more accurate then my past perception. Therefore, logically, you are not funny (in my eyes).
So, it really has nothing to do with me being funny but, rather if you are on drugs or not.
