He has occasional respites (although these are not during his shows - how retarded would that be... a role model that breaks his own code of conduct).

Since when was Tiesto a role model? He's a friggin DJ.

Who reported he was out of hospital today?

- Every major Dutch news channel & newspaper.

He may not be king of the hill where you live, but that doesn't mean that he is not respected a heck of a lot more, from where he actually comes from.

Celebrity? Hype?

The other side the coin is, he IS a role-model to a lot of Dutch people and a lot of other people in the world too.

Sorry to burst your bubble that he is "just" a DJ anymore.

i was sitting in a meeting at work and my arm/shoulder started a pinching pain, then the pinching moved to my chest. with any activity, like walking, i would feel a pinch/pressure in the chest. that night, me and my girlfriend knew for certain something was not right because when we layed down together in bed, laying on my left side, my heart would be thumping so loud she could actually hear it laying next to me! it would thump so heavily, that she could feel the vibrations my chest would make transmitted into the matress. it would only do this laying on my left side because thats where everyone's PMI (point of maximum impluse/impression) is. it had a gurgly liquid sound to it also.

this happened after a marathon weekend where i didn't sleep from friday to monday and did a bunch of coke and ghb. its caused by overworking yourself/sleep deprivation/stress. took me about a week to fully recover back to normal.

holy shit...

that guy's basically worn himself down to the parallel of having run a marathon. that's what lack of sleep and lots of red bull and a history of cigarettes can lead to...

It's also likely that he may have suffered a heart-attack earlier, adn just ignored.

If tiesto keeps this sort of lifestyle up, there's no doubt that it'll be deterimental to his health. I hope he doesn't just resort to Anti-Inflammatory drugs, as these things are the signs of early heart problems. Ignoring them and just doping urself up just means more trouble later on.

ahh dont be such a puss do you want to live a long boring life or do you want one thats slightly shorter but is full of excitement? do you want to be a dim faint star in the sky that can barely be seen, or a bright brilliant star that burns out a bit sooner?

A long one, that's full of excitement...

20-30years of DJing, followed by 20-30 years with poor blood circulation, and amputated limps, and breathing problems, and constant heaving chest pain kinda undoes it all.....

I'd like ot see his fans support him then. Hell, if they saw him in 20 years from now, they'd probably be like "OMG, WHY AREN'T YOU PUTTING ON MORE GIGS, TEISTO!!! .... TIESTO!!! PLEASE COME TO NEW YORK!!! TIESTO!!!! PLEASE COME TO SINGAPORE!!!! TIESTO!!!! PLEASE COME TO MALAYSIA!!!"
