The worst thing you can do is tell her shes beautiful because girls hear this hundreds of times a day and you dont want to be like every other drooling guy out there... and dont tell her you like her "alot" because this information is assumed being that youre still talking to her. Stay away from all this complimental small talk, its just not worth it.

Take incentive and just say, lets go out for coffee or a movie or dinner, whatever you decide to do - dont word it like a question, make it more forward, dont give her the option to turn you down. And for the love of god dont chase her.

Above all, be yourself, and be outgoing. Arrange for the two of you to hang out--watch a movie, go to a movie, go to dinner, go to a club, whatever. If she wants to play hard to get and jerk you around about getting together, then fuck it. You are being straightforward, and she is not, so to hell with it.

Anyways, get the two of you together and hang out. Have fun together. Assuming all goes well, tell her you had a good time, and that the two of you should hang out more.

Honestly, the biggest thing you need to remember is not to get dragged into any games or drama. Don't let her play hard to get, don't let her mess with your head when/if she doesn't answer your calls, etc. If she likes you and wants to get together with you then she should be just as straightforward as you are (I'm assuming you're after this girl for more than a one night stand). Don't post another thread in 2 weeks asking why she is messing with your head, because it's not even worth it.
