25k is a nice side job worth of work you probably already architected or at least have the business model prepared. you should go for it and tell him to pay you in cash off the books as if he did it himself. =)

he mowed lawn. there were 5 latinos servicing 32 houses and they wanted to expand and have someone get them new business. My helpful hint was get more people and more houses and stop working and take it off the top.
