FTW! They suck in concert, but their studio work is great! White Pony, whatwhat! I find their music to be quite sexy in a way...can't really put my finger on it.

well when i seen em it was in a big arena & they sucked. If your seeing em at a club it will proly rock & be more intimate.

Bah I dunno...everyone I know who's seen them has said they suck. I've only seen them the one time, and at that point I figured, "Oh maybe it was just this show." But yeah, everyone else who's seen them has said the same thing.
HOWEVER, I would imagine if it's a nice intimate venue (it wasn't when I saw them), it would be 10 times better. Even though they're nu-metal (god I know they hate that, haha)...they just don't strike me as a large venue type of band.
edit: see? Jonny said the same thing!
Intimate is always better anyways. Enjoy the show!
P.S. Did Cox play techno when you saw him?? Cause when he came here, he totally played "Toronto" style house for most of his set...I was a little disappointed. People have been saying he's been going off on the housier tip...but when I saw him in Miami he was totally his typical Coxy self, so it makes me wonder if he just played that way for the TO crowd....ugh.

lol
sorry for what?
dork.
jenny, i'd say carl played "tech-house". to me it sounded like techno but with a housey vibe, and i honestly didn't sit down the whole night for more than 5 minutes without getting back up to dance my ass off. he's not the kind of DJ i'd put in my CD player in my car, but he's the type of guy i'd want to see when i want to go tear shit up and dance all night. i was overall extremely impressed. his opening guy Mark Lewis was perfect too. More proggy house...
