no point to spam - only registered users can vote as opposed to any joe blow with a list of IPs to proxy from + a few free webmail generators

plus alot of people on here havent even seen a dj live but yet they vote for someone based on there productions or some live set they downloaded.

i would be correct in saying that alot of professional djs are already registered with ta so whats stopping them from spaming you by pm. So your point that i quoted still stands for the ta poll aswell

If you mass spam anything you get suspended - so - no, your point doesn't stand. Also, 'professional' DJs worth a damn wouldn't go to that length simply because the embarassment of getting caught far outweighs the accolades of gaining a few positions.
Hypothetically, if it were to happen, you could find which users voted after reading the PM spam and if the DJ who spammed was one of their choices then that entry would be removed - as a deterrent to potential PM spamming.

I think my abject failure to recruit anyone beyond Cobalt (briefly) from TA who fulfills TC's criteria says it all. So yeah, you're spot on. Not sure why you're rolling your eyes.

What exactly are the criteria the writers for TC must meet?
