it happens to all of us in due time....
I remember laughing at the guy who sold me my technic turntables. He asked what I was going to spin and when I told him trance he said it would change. I laughed and said no way. Jokes on me!
I still spin trance from time to time and really enjoy it, but there is so much more music out there it would be a shame to confine yourself to only one style.

hey DOOM...just listened to your set and its good...a few beat juggling moments but u fixed em quick. You would never hear those over a PA system anyways, so good job. Very Sasha-ish set, which I find myself delving into more and more. Overall sounded great!

Yeah haha the same with me...well not the guy that sold me my old TTs, but a guy at a record shop. I was looking for trance, and he said "we don't have much trance here" and they had a few tracks. I came in a few other times, and we talked, and he was trying to convince me that trance wasn't that great and that I might get sick of it...that really it was a starter point. Although I still like a lot of older trance stuff, and a few newer stuff, the vast majority of stuff I spin or like is progressive house, and progressive trance too, but it wasn't the epic stuff I used to like. So yeah I did get tired of the stuff I was into two years ago when I had TTs. I wouldn't say the stuff i'm into now though..is that different from trance...I just like music with melody and it's just as melodic...just a bit more rhythmic and deep.
