lately because i've been taking xanax i have extremely long & detailed/vivid dreams. sometimes i can wake up to use the bathroom then fall back asleep and pick up the dream right where i left off, now can someone explain that? also, something that freaks me out is when u become semi-conscious after a dream or sleeping and ur mind is kinda there but u have no motor functions whatsoever, feels like ur paralyzed. and then of course i hear a noise or something in the house and i start feeling like something bad will happen if i can't make myself move, so strange.

xanax and valium always gave me really vivid dreams as well.

and food before bed, especially dairy. that always seems to cause crazy dreams.
