I have a double standard for this,
In Canada: I don't drink and drive, because its a criminal offense and I'd rather not have to deal with the repercussions.
In the DR: I can have abt half a bottle of hard liquor, or abt 7-8 beer and drive perfectly fine. Why? Im used to it, and i drive through the back streets, never gotten into any trouble for it, and probably never will.
