it's mixed by Babak Shayan and Jon Silva, who together produce under the alias of Soda Inc. They are also signed on Plastic City Records, which is probably my favorite label ever (Shayan Music is also a cool label). Bioground is an absolute favorite aswell, he makes really dreamy tech house music, often with some lyrics.

Infact, just go to www.humpty.de (germany has got it all) and search through the titles... start with the plastic city names, and listen to the samples ... i'm sure you will find what you are after on there.
