Definately agree with you but I've only been here for 3 weeks and just found out my companies holiday schedule two weeks ago.
Luckly my mom has decided having me home at christmas is important and has lended a hand.

you would think that bringing in the #2 dj in the world these promoters could do a bit better than the dump in tantra?

I might be interested in going with a fellow TA.
And Kitikat....we've met before. Are you in Calgary for that show?
Halliwell was decent at Tantra though. Not many people went because he isn't that well known here. It was great.
When you get a DJ who is well known here, someone like Armin, the place is packed over capacity, you can barely move around, let alone dance, and it so hot and stuffy in there it's almost unbarable.
That is why Tantra sucks for events.

I agree, Halliwell was great at Tantra. I like that you can stand behind the DJ and watch what he's doing on the decks. Not many venues are like that.

Looks like i'm heading to see Armin, can anyone tell me the dress code? Are they pretty picky about shoes? Can you wear jeans? Also how long will Tantra be open till? Some people were telling me probably 3 or 4 I'm used to early in the morning at Guvernment... too bad...

Everytime I've gone to Tantra for a special event (ie: DJ show) there hasn't been a dress code in effect.
I was worried my first time because it does have the "Black dress shoe" code in effect on weekends, but I got in with my adidas on.
I don't think there should be a problem.

Well dress to impress.
Show your respects to the DJ,s, Venue, Promotors, and the hot ladies by dressing somewhat decent!
I was mad when I met Pete tong that I had a mark on my nose from dirtbiking!
