Could not really do a review for GA honestly cause I heard the first 3 tunes and last 3.. that was my impression. Also heard that he basically played the same throughot so thats why I said what I said. Good to know he did throw what he's pretty much known for.

Wow what a venue..got there around 330 saw the middle of markus' set. He played Djuma soudsytems - les djinns, excellent song...anyways stayed for George Acosta, he played a very trancey set, whatever, wasnt really feeling the live performance. So i went to check out angello and he played a sick house set. Wondered why ingrosso didnt show...

Now...as for Tiesto. I saw him early this year @ the Hard Rock for a TIC event. He rocked my balls off, sick tracks, and his led stage. I was thinking h couldnt top that off, not in two hours anyways. WAS I WRONG. From the beggining i loved his techy stuff, dropping Dance4life, then Lethal Industry (johan geilan remix i beleive), Some ISOS 5 stuff then he closed with The prophet. That to me was the track of the night everybody was getting loose!

Followed the migration towards Daft punks set...standing on that hill all i see is a sea of people, and those light...wow what a show. I really felt like their stuff was kinda a mix of pop/techno, so i went their with a bad perception of them, and i left there stunned.

Went back watched Christopher lawrence for a little bit, it was alright but i think he got pissed when almost everybody went to see daft punk leaving with a small but lively crowd. Stayed for 4 strings and just chilled there on the hill, he played take me away which ended my long exhausting day. Well ultra is gonna have some homework cut out for them if they wanna top this. WTF is The Cure? Gotta go find the 5-htp & Vit C...

i check out his set, what i saw, although brief, was he was playing the same old played out house tunes. 'electro, electo' and things of the like. the crowd seemed to be eating up, im just alittle tired of some of those tunes.

So here’s my little review of BANG! :

I got there at about one chilled around the house stage for a little while Willie Moralles was playing and my friends and I decided to goto the trance stage and wait for Edgar V ‘cause we’ve all been hearing about him and wanted to support a local DJ. We got there and Kinesis was playing I wasn’t really feeling it and the sun was hitting me right in the face so I was just killing time waiting for Edgar although I did enjoy when he played Starkillers – Discoteka (Austin Leeds Mix). So finally Edgar came on.

He started off with This is Miami which definitely got the crowd more active after Kinesis then got into more housey trance stuff he played that pink floyd song and some other good songs I think they had the volume on the speakers lowered cause when Markus came on it was crazy.

This was my first time seeing Markus and he definitely did not disappoint everyone was going nuts. He had really good crowd interaction and wouldn’t stop smiling Markus definitely kicked off BANG! For me and is one of the highlights.

After Markus Acosta came on and my friends and I decided to take a break we went to see Los Amigos Invisibles which was a nice change of pace and then we saw a bit of Damien Marley's show (which gave you a contact high if you got close enough to the stage) and went back to the trance stage to see Second Sun.

I saw them before at Ultra and this time they were way better they started off with their mix of This is Miami which was pretty good and then got into some more of there songs like Playground (which I love) and closed with a cover of Depeche Mode – Dream On which was a huge surprise cause I fuckin love that song and after they were finished the MC came on to introduce Tiesto.

When he came on I wasn’t expecting much and I thought he was kinda cocky cause he had someone come out and start the first song while he wasn’t even on the stage but as soon as he came it went CRAZY! He destroyed the place playing Adagio for Strings, Lethal Industries, Flight 643(AWSOME!!), Dance 4 Life (Which is growing on me more and more), and Snow Patrol – Chasing Cars (Topher J & Blake J Mix) which made every go crazy and was definitely a sing along moment. After hearing what everyone thought of Tiesto live and listening to the latest ISOS I didn’t think much of him but now I realize why he is where he is and so popular. After Tiesto finished Christopher Lawrence came on and I wanted to see him but Daft Punk was playing.

When you see the pictures and videos of Daft Punk playing is completely different from when you see them live they are amazing I think they had the largest gathering. Theres just something about seeing two Frenchmen in robot suits DJing from a pyramid that just makes everyone go completely nuts they played well past their allotted time but it was awesome. If I could describe their set in one word it would be amazing or bass cause there was so much I could feel the wind from the speakers and I wasn’t even that close.

After Daft Punk I went to see 4 Strings who was on stage having a good time getting from behind the decks numerous time and playing some awesome trance and his closer was Silence which got everyone jumping and singing along.

So all in all this BANG! 9999999X better than last years BANG! And I cant wait to see what they have for next year.

Ohh and to the guy that I saw that was only at the trance stage wearing the Zidane jearsy if your reading thanks for representing and alle francais!!!!!

I was going to fly out to see Daft Punk again, but i knew it was going to be the same thing. But wow... it was the most amazing thing i have ever seen in my entire life! Daft Punk rocked it when they first started in Coachella.

Ok, After a LONG ride back from Bang to Atlanta, I can not write a proper review of the event. I just have to say that Daft Punk made the drive every bit worth it! Any one got any camera videos of that set?!? Tiesto played like he does, a trainwreak here and there but good choons all together. B+ performance. Like I said, full review to come later when I get to sleep. By far one of the best shows I have seen in a long time.

Thanks for a great time Miami... Thanks to all the FLTA's who I got to see again.
