and a quick fyi, you only have to file what you sell on Ebay with the IRS if it is recorded that the money you recieve from your auctions is sufficient enough to consider it a primary source of income. My mother happens to be pals with the makers of Ebay (a man made the website for his wife and it blew up once they started soliciting it to a large audience) and after telling her how much I had my Xbox 360 sold for, she mentioned that it was fine as long as i didnt make a slew of money off there (or at least enough to sustain a somewhat decent lifestyle). THis came about after Ebay started discovering that people had entire online business set up solely on selling thru ebay. in fact, I think theres a tax for you can download off the site when season comes around...


I bought the xbox 360 after waiting for 6 hours in line for 400 bux, bought 400 in accessories and sold it for 1600 800 dollar profit.
and that didnt include shipping either.

and you are right, the losers are not the ones waiting in line, they are the n00bs who would rather pay 1500+ to have it RIGHT when it comes out instead of waiting 3 months and just playing it at their friends' place until the price drops..LOL.
