If you have photoshop.

Magic want the color of your text, which should select it all. Cut it, and make it a new layer. Then place a santa hat (Or draw it), and then paste the "you better recognize" or w.e it says, that is a layer, and it should be in front of your santa hat.

Any photoshop pros correct me if I am wrong, I haven't taken a class that deals with the program since sophomore year in HS.

That's right, but you may have to do some more tweaking than just using the magic want to grab the text. If the text is all connected, then I think you won't have any problems. Otherwise you'll have to hit shift to add things to your selection.
