he's done more for the scene then you have. His discography is still quite impressive compared to most "high standard" djs out there

Alternatively I could direct you to mixes that justify his position as the #1 DJ (although we would be going back a couple of years)!

He's not all bad and the problem with Oakenfold is his inconsistency as he still can put on the best show when he turns it on. Problem is that all the haters will point you towards his Amnesia set this year (which I gotta say is quite comical at times but in no way makes me wanna shot of may mouth on these boards and slate the guy).

I've see Oakenfold multiple times and never been disappointed once, the problem is that all those that bash Oakenfold never had the privilege to be present at the courtyard at Cream to witness a true master at work.

I’m a true believer that you do you talking with your feet, you have a bad encounter with a DJ and you don’t pay your money to that guy any more – don’t let the others influence that decision. Problem is that people are all to keen to pass on their hatred to others (a sad trait of most societies).
