Politics and rumours aside, it's good to see Addy taking some to produce. With a full schedule of 'day time responsibilities' and weekends of spinning to get the "brand" out there and recognized, it's a wonder that the resident DJs get any time to produce at all. I give kudos to Addy for taking the time off to focus on producing. That time off doesn't come without a personal cost to the DJ, and obviously, these rumours are some of the evidence of that. I can't wait to hear what he's been producing, and I'm even more eager to see him back in the scene soon. I'm still pumping out his Guv10 mix in my car on the way to work... killer stuff.

why would Addy leave Guv to join Sonic ?
Is making less money a cool thing to do now ?
PS. I have no clue how much either clubs pay. I'm just guessing that Guv with its size and financial backing from Charles and his many businesses could pay more.

chinamon, I know nothing. Yes it might be a foolish question to ask who addy is, especially when one's the president of an EDM club. But this president is learning. I was elected president not because I had immense knowledge of the EDM world, but because I had the spirit to learn and lead the Electronic Music Society At York.
But thank you for answering, I finally know who Addy is, and my gosh, good to know about Mr. Charles Kabouth and Ink. I never knew about this.

In terms of being a DJ he is absolutely amazing. Though he has had his bad nights,
I completely disagree...more like most of his nights are bad nights. I don't think his sound/style is suitable for Sonic. We don't need another venue with the same deejays who drop the cheesy electro that's played everywhere else. No thanks.
Please keep in mind that this is totally my opinion.
