dude, just be a bit more creative. making flyers isn't hard. i am shit at PS, but i've had to make some makeshift flyers a couple of times when we couldn't afford a real designer.

really cluttered i know, but i had to get a lot of info across, and it was short notice.
they probably suck, but i don't know shit about PS. only what i've learned from fucking around myself. in any case, just think for a bit, you'll be able to come up with some great ideas.
the text is too simple, too solid. and uniform.
colours and background are acceptable.
and, yeah, remove the pills, if you want an image, try something more subliminal.

I think with flyers you either go classy or messy. From the looks of things your event would be better suited to the latter category. You need to make the design busier.. Make the name of the party in more fancy lettering. More random pics of parties, preferably with lasers and hot women. It's not an info brochure, people should look at it and be visually reminded of how good a time they're gonna have/ how messed up they'll get.
