On the first test, I heard all 7 frequencies. On the second test, I think I could distinguish the pitches on the third pair. But the difference became more apparent on the 4th.

I'm 25.

Interesting test.

I can only hear up to 15,000 using a tone generator. I've got a nasty cold though at the moment, so I'll give it another go in a week!

I did a trial mixdown about 5 days ago, when I was congested. Came back to it three days later... everything was way too far left. Friends don't let friends mix with congestion.

Anyway, according to tonometric's deal..."At 500 Hz, [I] can reliably differentiate two tones 2.7 Hz apart."

Thank God for wave superposition (constructive/destructive interference) or I'd never be able to tune a guitar!

shit for the first test....

i heard all 7 tones in my right ear but only heard the first FOUR in my left ear!

edit:

on the second test I heard the third pair and beyond.
