Holy shit i was in the same situation for years. later I found out that she had feelings for me. We ended up in a relationship, but it sucked because we had both waited for too long and the window of opportunity had somehow gone. I ended up fucked up by it and still wonder to this day if it could have been different if I had not been such a pussy and made a move earlier.
Long story short, for me it ended in the worst way that it could have, and I was totally heart-broken and felt like a pathetic piece of shit.
My advice: Get some cojones and start making some kind of move. Don't break down and cry and act like a woos, but start making your feelings clearer, flirt like a mofo to test the water, and if you get signals then pick a good setting and just be honest. But be smart about it.
Don't say you're totally obsessed with her - say you think you're developing feelings for her and ask if she thinks there could be anything between you. If not then you can move on and forget about it, if yes then give it a chance.
Just don't let this situation drag on... trust me it just sucks more and more
