Well it does reduce your sperm count...but unless you're trying to have a kid then it doesn't matter.

The thing I've never understood about people who believe these "myths", both masturbation and sex both lead to ejaculation...sex and masturbation are very different things but they still have the same physical result, therefore any negative physical results from masturbation (minues straining your arm) would also have to come from sex.
