I laughed my ass off the first time I heard P.A.T.T. I guess because I remember laughing at the original. Not the worst track, and a lot of people like it a lot, but not my flavor. Dubfire > Sharam

its hard to say that a track with a 4 X 4 beat is an electro track (if this is the case)

i just listened to a sample of this track and there is no evidence of any electro elements in it. Not even a cowbell (as angello has used before). Tek housish maybe with that phat bass.

edit: it seems to me that angello was inspired by tim deluxe with his usage of the snare drum.

I normally don't buy the whole sell out argument because artists change and tastes change and sometime the only people who are still pushing the sell out argument are those very very few who haven't moved on or those who begrudge people making too much money from dance music... however..

These guys are such sell outs. From the fantastic stuff they used to make like Junk Science, Yoshiesque and Yoshitoshi they placed a major house landmark in artist albums, mix albums and labels respectively. Which makes it all the more sickening to see what they've become now to doing fleetwood mac covers is an awful waste of talent, and they do it purely for the money. They aren't advancing their sound in anyway.

I don't think many people will care if they never make another tune again.

Their remix of Say Hello is definitely electro. It doesn't always have to be so clear cut, lol just because there's no cowbell it's not electro? Ok.

Say Hello wasn't really bad. It doesn't live up to Deep Dish's high standards that everyone is used to, but I still like if you minus the vocals. But other than that,

George Is On + Dreams + PATT + GU compilation mixed by Sharam + Set At Global Gathering 2006 = PURE TRASH

They definitely should retire the name Deep Dish.

I've given up on these two just like I have on Sasha. I'm not saying Sasha has gone pop just like DD have, I'm just not digging the whole tech house/minimal style that he has been playing a lot of lately.

the point im trying to make is that the only way an angello track could be classified as electro is his use of the cowbell. In this track there is no cowbell.

It also depends on what you mean by saying cowbell. Because I personally have no clue what you are talking about
