Supposedly, someone in high places doesn't like Nou at all. Maybe they even hate him, but I can't say for sure. Not going to name drop, but that's the main reason he's not coming back ever. In my opinion.
Yes the ban wasn't supposed to be permanent, but as you can all see, it was conveniently forgotten. Swept under the rug, never to be mentioned again.
Of course Nou the person can come back here if he really wanted to (don't kid yourself). But I don't think that the screenname Nou is ever going to post here again.

In the 2 and a half years I've been posting here, he's contributed absolutely nothing.
Regardless, in normal society if someone "stops contributing," we don't usually just give someone a free ride because they have contributed in the past.
