I've never died in my dream, but I have had my Dad die in one of my dreams, and it felt so real. I was going around (in my dream) at my Dad's funeral screaming "this is a dream, my Dad is not really dead." My Mom and Grandma kept telling me it was real. I woke up crying. I was sleeping at my boyfriends that night and I had to call my Dad at like 7 in the morning to make sure he was okay, that was how real my dream was.

If your in REM sleep (where dreaming takes place) you actually are paralyzed , this might explain it.

I have deid many times, drowned, been eatted by a killer whale, ect. I have these dreams because of past incidents that have tramatized me.
