Why old? He doesn't sound much like he used to. If you want a good idea of what he sounds like, try to find his essential mix from Pacha earlier this year. That's a pretty good example. Or better yet, look for his Viva cd. That's pretty much the sound he's pushing right now

I have some of his new stuff, and have heard him spin a few times this year. I wanted to pick up some old stuff because a lot of people hold that stuff in particular high regard. Any particular lights out volumes? anyone have the promo's they couls upload?

i've only found 30min sets, myself. in other sets, tong makes reference to them having trouble with the lawler recording and broadcast, so it wasn't full-length. will poke around a bit more...did you try freshly mixed yet?

imo the seb fontaine/steve lawler EM from 8/27 [at southwest four in london] sounds similar to what he's been playing in london, though the harlem sets are even a bit more tribal. i'll post the link shortly
