xbox has the best games by far at this moment, the ps3 is overpriced pos with no games, the wii isn't even in the same league.

i would get the service plan, fuck the xbox 4 times in the span of three years and get the next generation console for a replacement

I have to agree with you on this one. As much as I try to stay neutral when I deal with customers about this, I can't help but love to annoy the Sony fanboys who come in. At the moment, and this is my opinion, the PS3 is far too expensive for what it does, and for the games that are currently available. There is nothing truly impressive in terms of games, and yes, I know it can be argued that this is the same for every console launch, but with the Xbox 360, with two games, being 50$ cheaper than Sony's 20GB PS3, which also comes with no games, it's hard to want to spend the money on a PS3 right now. Also considering the fact that the 360 has a very solid library now, has most of its major flaws worked out, as well as the fact that the PS3's backwards compatibility is hosed at the moment, and that the console is unable to upscale, it seems to me like the 360 would be the most logical choice.

I'm not a fan boy in any way, I actually intend on getting a PS3 in a year or two, but right now, getting one seems like a waste of money. (No offense to Neo)

But yeah the PS3 is expensive but it does much more stuff than X360. Ridge Racer sucks by the way hehe

Anyway my opinion on that is that the Wii is awesome Kick ass price, awesome fun factor and easy to learn !

what does the ps3 do more? make you some toasts and a nice bj in the morning?

or play a soon to be obsolete video format aka blu ray?

At least I can have the HD-DVD as an option for 200$ if I WANT to, not be forced to pay for it right at the start.

Plus many of the first XBOX360 games are now selling for 30$, and some of them are worth it, like call of duty2, gotham racing and hitman.

ps: xbox360 is backward compatible too
