I agree. The original and the 96 mix are unbeatable.

actually the J00F remix was the only remix which even the most hardcore Astral fans over at isratrance.com enjoyed. the Ten album with the remixes was slated by many fans but that remix was the one which at least tried to do something else than the normal full on formula.

That's true, i think the j00f mix is great, but it's not comparable to the original mixes, and probably it was not meant to be. The rest of Ten was really embarrassing, and the thing i don't undestand is that all those remixers are capable of at least decent productions and yet they came up with that horrible shit for an Astral Projection remix album.

It's not that I don't like it, but the first time I heard Mahadeva I thought "this is the craziest music I have ever heard, this is amazing", etc. And with the J00F remix I didn't have that feeling, naturally I was a bit disappointed.

I'm sure in time there will be a Tyas remix though that will blow us all away.

yes of course nothing beats the original mix. i'm not too fond of the 1996 remix. I actually even prefer the 99 remix over that one.

I got the Another World-album on CD and it's one of the few albums I got where I really enjoy every track. AP delivers and stands out as one of the best trance-acts ever.
