it's considered "downtown" and not south beach. it's on the other side of the causeway that leads to south beach (395). i used to live right by that hotel on biscayne.

it's gonna be like a $10-15 cab ride to the beach each time and if you party anywhere downtown like club space, it'll be like a $5-7 cab ride.
