My routine is usually calling up ex girlfriends near the end of my night or when i arrive home usually around 7-9am. Asking them to come over "i miss u", "you complete me", "where did we go wrong" etc.. after my asking turns into failed begging, I hit MSN. I think the best is calling your buddies who are sketched just like you and reminicing of the night before. As for eating I always try to eat something but there is literally a 30 second oppurtunity where my body says "ok this is it big guy" and i can literally feel my stomach getting smaller, and smaller and smaller....and then comes a unvoluntary hungry strike that lasts anywhere from 12 hrs to 2 days
My usual successful remedy is lots of water prior and during the nite, 3 square meals and pounding back a few drinks..
but then again, sketch is like buying E from the asian dude in the Guv mainroom by the speaker, you never know what you gonna get
