Other than that the only cereal i force myself to get are the Total brands from General Mills since they have 100% DV of most of the vitamins. Hardly any sugar and tastes crappy.

Then theres veggie juice which tastes like frozen tomato soup. Bleh!!!

I guess the perils of being raised in a health minded house has taken its toll on my conscience. When you pretty much eat fatty foods for lunch and dinner, i guess breakfast and supplements are a fair way to compensate.

Well i hate to say it be people should not be eating food just for the taste. You eat because your body needs alot of nutrients and its nessecary for your body to function. You have the responsibility to nourish your body so u should do it properly.

The thing is whenever you get used the taste of something though, it tastes better too. There are alot of healthy foods i used to hate but i actualy got used to it and enjoy them now.
Thats y people whos diet mainly consists of things like animal fat dislike healthy foods- they are so accustomed to overdoses of pleasurable fat everything else isnt worth thier time.


Some medicinal herbal teas can be very bad tasting. Thats proly the worst.

you do know that there are vitamins and supplements at the pharmacy that do the exact same thing for you right? stuff that is made in a lab (and i dont mean labs like a motel bathroom) are free from impurities. anything that is herbal will have impuritires depending on the growing conditions which you are unaware of.

I could get along like that. Carbs are my favourite things to consum.

Bread, cereal, and beer are staples in my diet. Simple, massively easy, and take no time to find or consume. Im too lazy to wanna cook food 95% of the time, unless its making a grill cheese on the pan, micorwaving soup in the microwave, or coooking a steak on the BBQ if im drunk and its past 2am in the morning.
