One of my friends is 21. He was arrested as well...I'm not sure what happened to him. They can throw you in the drunk tank if they feel like it, 21 or not.

You're very right, there is a loooooooooot of room for improvement, anywhere. But it is the law, and for now go by it. Are you telling me just because the drinking age is 21+ doesn't mean it's right? They don't put people in the drunk tank just because "they feel like it". Sure, a lot of cops abuse their power, but throwing a person in the drunk tank is usually for their own good. If you show contempt for the law, whether you think what they're doing is fair or not, they're gonna fuck with you. Any idiot knows that.

I've had many run-ins with police, but since I wasn't a jackass in dealing with them, I never had any problems.
