I've only ever heard (that I remember) a couple of international DJs "double dropping" tracks....
Lawler at Sundance played his remix of Sexy Back twice (which was only 2 days old at the time) once at the start of his set and once at the end...it went off both times...
Sander played This is not Miami twice at TIL a few months ago...first one was some remix of it (did it for the Z103 crowd that was still there around 1am) then at the end he played the THIS IS LONDON remix....went off somehow...just because I guess.
If dont right I think its cool but there is definately NO REASON to play the same track more than 2wice in a set! wtf??

If the guy who produced the song is playing it, then I see no problem with it, especially if it is a promo or just released tune.
