to answer my own question there were 2 ninja turtles games.

Right now I'm trying to remember a game title where you are a robot and you fight other robots in a side scroller kind of like streets of rage.

In fact, if anyone remembers streets of rage 2, the robots you fight as bosses in (lvl 6 I think?) look a lot like the robots in this game.

As i remember Genesis in America=Mega Drive in rest of the World.
I don't know you wanna see list on exclusive games on Mega Drive or which were released on SNES too? Always SNES versions were much better than Mega Drive, not only in sound or graphic, gameplay was a little corrected.

So my games are:

Comix Zone (i'm surprised it wasn't mentioned here!!!)
Zero Tolerance (awesome fps shooter)
Road Rash (of course)
Earth Worm Jim 1 (was on SNES too)
Rock'n'Roll Racing (was on SNES too)
Stargate (was on SNES too with the way better gameplay)
Mortal Kombat 1,2 (SNES versions had better graphic, sound)
The Lost Vikings (was on SNES too)

This is what i can remember at the moment

For Sega there was Ninja Turtles and the Hyperstone Heist. Basically it's a collection of levels and portions of levels from Turtles in Time, Ninja Turtles 2 and Manhatten Project. It plays almost exactly like Turtles in Time, but you can't throw enemies into the screen.

Streets of Rage
Gaires (SP?) It was that horizontal shooter.
Altered Beast

Thats about it. I only had the Genesis for 6 months and then I sold it for the SNES.

A buddy of mine had shining in the darkness. very cool game. also, have you ever tried playing street fighter 2 on the standard 3 button controller vs somebody using the 6 button one? talk about skewed...
