I've not had a cigarette for a month now which is good for me because I was a severe chain smoker (40 a day).

congrats 2 u. . . . I tried the patch and the gum - and no such luck - what I like about this is that I am not needing the nicotine supplement which works well with me...

I've failed many a times on nicotine replacement therapy. I find if a group of you are giving up it's lot more barrable I had the test of going out this weekend around smokers which wasn't so tough as I thought it would be.

I find if I do lapse persistence is the key.

well, I have been really good - an dI find the first day was the WORST ever!!! I cried yes, a lot , I was an emotional wreck sniff sniff, but other then that , I am past the three days grace to have the nicotine leave my body - so this gives me hope - bets of luck to you as well DJ o'c!

ive never heard of this.. sounds like most other expensive treatments to wuit smoking..

the reason why they work is, if you are willing to pay top dosh to quit smoking, you have already made your mind up, its just a matter of taking the step..
