No, if I am in the wrong then I suck it up and take my punishment..you know what the punishment is for speeding so if you can't accept it then don't speed.

I've received 6 speeding tickets in my driving life. I have never fought a single one because in all instances I was, in fact, speeding. Getting caught is a risk you take when you exceed the speed limit... if you're unwilling to accept the risk then don't speed... just that simple.
