Hehe, I was in the process of responded when your post popped up. Tonight before I turn in I will re-upload the mixes on yousendit.org and replace the links in the first post with updated ones.

I've gotten mixes reviews as to which one was better, and I always leave it up to personal opinion. Here's my 0.02 on both. This was never intended to be a double CD mix, it sorta ended up that way lol. Initially I was approached by Lance to make a mix for Proton Radio to air on 02.09.2007. In all honesty, I am not sure if that mix ever aired on Proton or not. Whether or not it did air isnt really of any importance to me. If it did not...it's Lance's radio show, and perhaps he felt it wasn't to par and I can accept that.
Moving on, I didn't have a name for the mix. I also had alot of tracks that I purchased that I did not use in the 80 minutes of the first mix, bought a few more, and decided to make a second mix. I was at a loss on what to name them so I choose the name Perseverence based on the the events following the last public gig I ever played last May. Safe to say its been hard...and since the music was at a standstill I chose an extreme alternate to put my ambition into... the result of that being that I am now a USPA licensed skydiver.
To summarize this whole mess its very ironic the direction one's life can make in the face of extreme adversity. After all the bullshit that happened in 2005 and the beginning of 2006, most would have thought I would have given up. I came THAT close to ended it all and it was part of the reason I started jumping, well..things made a turn-around and never in a million years would I thought I would have been one of the 50,000 Americans in the history of the country to have a skydiving license. This is philospohical, and may sound corny...but the point of life is perseverence. If you let the bad shit in life get you down, consume you, and destroy you...you will never know what lies at the end of the tunnel when the worst has past; and it does.
BASE 919 was dedicated to the girl who introduced me to the sport. She is a BASE jumper, and her registered number is 919. Both Perseverence mixes were the first two progressive sets I've recorded since I started the sport.
A few have made offers to host the mixes, to which I have given the green light. Those who do wish to host the mixes should post a reply with the links. This is completely voluntary, and I couldn't begin to thank ya enough.
