Not to excuse the actions of the cop, but come on:
| quote: | | In the wee hours of Dec. 15, 2004, Lucy (only her first name was used during the trial) finished her final shift at Captain Cream in Lake Forest, not far from the Irvine Spectrum. Management had let her go after an incident involving a female customer in a bathroom stall. According to court records, there had been a small amount of cocaine, kissing and breast fondling. |
| quote: | | Park insisted he’d been cruising on the 405 north and coincidentally saw Lucy’s vehicle weave and speed. |
| quote: | | Four months earlier, Park had stopped Lucy under similar circumstances. That time, he’d ignored a plastic drug baggie he’d found in her car and her suspended license. |
| quote: | | Lucy recalled that she’d told Park she had no license. |
She could have faced some pretty serious criminal charges, and she got out of them all by (seemingly) voluntarily giving the cop a hand-job? Was actually she physically coerced into doing what she did? Or did she exploit her sex appeal in order to avoid fairly serious criminal charges?
Again, the cop seems like a fuckwit of the highest order and probably should have been found guilty himself, but this girl hardly seems like a blameless party in this ordeal either. Having said that, I'd probably happily jerk off a cop too if it meant avoiding jail-time...
