I actually turned on the radio while I was driving this weekend, and I kept laughing at how much EDM [albeit, bad and yeeeeears behind] is serving as backing for rap these days. I just can't help but get a kick out of knowing that waves of people who "hate all techno music" are shaking their [whatever the popular term is these days] to stuff that's been jacked from those same genres, then had a boring kick & annoying hi-hats thrown on top of it.
