So a radio station here in the bay area did one of those thinks this morning where the wife/girlfriend things the husband/boyfriend is cheating on them and they call up saying they are some fake florist and are trying to promote their name in the top markets and are giving him a free dozen roses to send to anyone.
The wife thought her husband was cheating on her with her best friend, believe her name was Carrie.
So they call the dude dude up and the conversation goes somewhat like this.
We'll call the guy Chris. I forget his actual name 
Radio: Hello, is this Chris?
Chris: Yes
Radio: Insert talk of fake florist company....ends off with, "Would you like to partake in this chance and send a dozen roses to whoever you wish free of charge?"
Chris: So, as in free? I don't have to pay a dime.
Radio: Yes, sir!
Chris: Oh, this is perfect. I am planning to surprise my wife this weekend with a small surprise party (or something of that matter) and ask to renew our wedding vows. What better way is there to set the mood than sending her a dozen roses on Valentin's Day."
Wife: *some noise*
Chris: Wait, who is this?
Radio: Chris, this is actually *some name* with Movin' 99.7. Your wife is on the line and we did this because she thinks you are cheating on her.
Chris: Honey!? (like a angy huh? moment)
Wife: I'm so sorry.
Chris: Why!
Wife: When I looked at the phone bill and so a lot of calls between you and Carrie, I thought something was going on.
Chris: Yeah, she was helping me organize the surprise!
From there, it's just anger and Chris is furious his wife could ever think that he was cheating on her...from there lose radio reception for a minute as I go through the hills and it's over when it comes back in, so I don't know how it ended. Good drama on the radio, though!
Anyhow, the wife go pwn3d. Wonder how it'll effect their marraige since what the wife did just showed the husband she doesn't fully trust him!
